Cheese Straws
Cheese Straws is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plain flour, pinch of salt, big dash of cayenne pepper, 2 tbsp. margarine and 1 egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift the flour, salt and cayenne pepper together.
Then cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Stir in the finely grated cheese and blend together with the egg yolk and water into a firm dough.
Roll out on floured board to 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick.
Cut into thin fingers 1/4-inch wide. (Or may be shaped with a cookie press.)
Bake for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
