Cheese Straws
Cheese Straws is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, 2 sticks margarine, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grate cheese and mix with softened margarine.
Add other ingredients and mix really well.
Form into rolls.
Roll in foil and refrigerate for about 30-34 minutes.
Shape according to your desire, press into shapes, form into patties, or cut to 1/4 inch thickness with cutter.
Cook about 12 minutes at 325 degrees. (Will keep in refrigerator uncooked for up to 3 days.)
Once cooked can also freeze.
