Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 2 cans chicken broth, 2 cans potato soup, 3 stalks celery, chopped and 3 carrots, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine and saute carrots, celery and onion.
Add broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add soup, cheese and seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add sour cream and sherry, if desired. Blend well.
