Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 4 cans evaporated milk, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, diced, 4 cans cream of celery soup, 1 large can mixed vegetables, drained and 1 large can french-style string beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large size pot, melt the Velveeta cheese and evaporated milk on low heat.
Pour into a crock-pot.
Add all of the celery soup, drained mixed veggies and beans.
Take a whisk and mix the soup into it good.
Turn on and cook several hours.
So easy and so good on a cold day.
