Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. celery, diced, 1 c. onion, diced, 1 qt. water, 4 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 c. carrots (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil.
Reduce heat; cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add the carrots, potatoes and broccoli.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, covered.
Add the cream of chicken soup, water and Velveeta cheese.
Heat just until cheese melts.
