Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cubed potatoes, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. chopped carrots, 1/4 c. chopped onions and 1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Simmer all but milk, flour and cheese for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
Gradually add 1 1/2 cups milk to 2 tablespoons flour.
Add to veggies.
Cook until thick.
Add cubed Velveeta cheese.
Stir until thick.
