Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 qt. water, 1 c. celery, diced, 1 c. onion, diced and 2 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook bouillon cubes, water, celery and onions for 20 minutes, covered.
Add potatoes, carrots and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook 30 minutes, covered.
Add soup and cheese.
Heat until cheese melts.
