Cheese Shrimp Casserole
Cheese Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices firm white bread, crusts removed, 4 tbsp. butter, melted, 1 c. grated swiss, 2 green onions, chopped and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cut each slice of bread diagonally and dip in butter.
Arrange 1/2 in bottom of an 8-inch square dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese, onion, parsley and shrimp on top of bread slices.
Repeat bread and cheese layers. Beat eggs, salt, mustard, milk and sour cream. Pour over casserole.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β° until puffed.
