Cheese Sauce
Cheese Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. shake and blend flour, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 c. low-fat milk and 6 slices lite cheese (american and/or swiss), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter in a 2-cup measure or small bowl.
Microwave on High
20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir in flour and salt until smooth.
Slowly blend in milk. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until thickened.
Stir occasionally.
Tear cheese into small pieces and into thickened sauce.
Cheese does not melt, microwave on High 15 seconds or until melted.
