Cheese Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 4 tbsp. flour (plain), 1 2/3 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) and 1/2 c. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter; add flour.
When mixed and no lumps, add milk and cook until creamy (low heat).
Stir to prevent lumping.
