Cheese Sauce
Cheese Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat margarine over low heat until melted.
Blend flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat; stir constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir one minute.
Stir in sharp cheese.
When blended, add Velveeta to get the right color.
Cook and stir over low heat until melted thoroughly.
Great over vegetables!
