Cheese Ring
Cheese Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 c. pecans, chopped fine, pepper and salt to taste, 1 small onion, chopped fine and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put cheese, onion, mayonnaise and seasonings into a bowl and mix well.
Shape into a ring on a small platter.
Press nuts into the sides and top of the ring.
Serve with a dish of strawberry preserves in the center of the ring.
