Cheese Quiche
A French bistro classic with bacon, Swiss cheese, and a silky cream-and-egg custard in a deep crust. Equally good warm or at room temperature.

Bake crust only to very light brown.
Sprinkle with cheese and the bacon that has been cooked and crumbled.
Put remainder of ingredients in mixer and beat until blended.
Pour over cheese and bacon.
Bake at 325Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set in center.
