Cheese Pudding
Cheese Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices buttered white bread (crusts removed), 2 eggs, 2 c. milk, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place 3 slices buttered bread in a greased casserole.
Cover with 1 cup cheese.
Add remaining bread and top with cheese.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings.
(Beat enough to make fluffy.)
Pour over bread and cheese.
Let stand 1 hour or more (overnight is better).
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
