Cheese Pudding
Cheese Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cracker crumbs, 3/4 stick margarine, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 1/3 lb. cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour and margarine.
Cook to make sauce.
Dice cheese and let melt in sauce.
In a buttered baking dish, place a layer of cracker crumbs and moisten with sauce.
Add chopped eggs and pimentos.
Repeat with sauce then top with the remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes or microwave for 15 to 20 minutes.
