Cheese Potato Casserole
Cheese Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. chopped onion, salt and pepper and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan in oven.
Add hash browns; sprinkle onion over potatoes.
Mix sour cream (yogurt), chicken soup, salt and pepper together; pour over top of potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Melt 1/4 cup oleo; mix with corn flakes. Put on top of the cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
