Cheese Pennies
Cheese Pennies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter, softened (margarine) and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 400°.
Using a food processor, shred the cheese.
Remove the cheese and position the knife blade.
Add the shredded cheese, flour, butter and dry mustard.
Process until a ball forms in bowl.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes 3 dozen.
