Cheese on the Hoof
Cheese On The Hoof is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 small jar dried beef, rinsed and 3 or 4 whole salad peppers or jalapeño peppers (if you like it hot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and Cheddar cheese.
Chop beef and peppers.
Add to cheese mixture.
Pinch out middle of bread, leave sides and bottom. Cook cheese mixture at 325° for about 45 minutes in casserole dish.
Remove and place in bread bowl.
Cook for additional 15 to 20 minutes or until bread starts browning. Serve with Fritos.
