Cheese Nippies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 2 drops tabasco, 3 tsp. salt, 4 c. rice crisp cereal and 5 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt shortening in shallow large pan.
Add seasonings; stir in cereal and grated cheese and mix.
Place in moderate oven at 350Β°, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
Eat as popcorn.
Yield
5 1/2 cups.
