Cheese-n-Spinach Casserole
Cheese-N-Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, 2 c. cottage or ricotta cheese, 1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, well drained, 3 eggs and 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook noodles and drain.
Combine cheeses, spinach and eggs. Combine cooked noodles with spaghetti sauce and place half of the noodles on bottom of 3-quart casserole dish.
Top noodles with mixture; top with remaining noodles.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
