Cheese 'n Sausage Strata
Cheese 'N Sausage Strata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, crumbled, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1/2 lb. velveeta process cheese spread, cubed, 4 c. (3/4-inch) sourdough or italian bread cubes and 1/4 c. sliced green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage and mushrooms.
Drain.
Stir in Velveeta, bread cubes and onions.
Spoon into greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Beat milk and eggs. Pour over sausage mixture.
Cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
