Cheese 'n Chicken Quiche
Cheese 'N Chicken Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch unbaked pie shell, 4 eggs, 1 c. (8 oz.) heavy or whipping cream, 1/2 c. bottled creamy italian dressing and 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken (white meat is best), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Bake pastry pie shell for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Reduce oven to 375°.
In large bowl, beat eggs; blend in cream, dressing, chicken, cheese and pimiento.
Pour into prepared shell.
Bake for 40 minutes or until pie tests done. Makes 6 servings.
