Cheese 'n' Broccoli Puff
Cheese 'N' Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 c. milk and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook broccoli according to package omitting salt; drain. Combine soup and cheese; stir in milk and mayonnaise.
Blend in egg.
Grease bottom of 2-quart casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of margarine.
Place drained broccoli in dish.
Pour soup mixture over broccoli; top with bread crumbs and margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
