Cheese Log is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, 1 (8 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, grated and tabasco sauce or any hot sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Let cheese set at room temperature until soft. Mix with grated cheese, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and mayonnaise, if needed, to make a pliable mix, onions, chopped ham, garlic, chopped ripe olives, chopped pimento, crushed pineapple or add your own choices. Form the mix into 2 logs or balls and roll in finely chopped pecans or paprika.
It is better to let set in refrigerator overnight to let flavors blend. Serve at room temperature with a variety of crackers.
