Cheese Loaf
Cheese Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 lb. cream cheese, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place the cheeses into a large mixing bowl and allow it to become to room temperature.
Mix well, adding nuts, garlic powder and salt.
Put all of the mixture onto a large piece of wax paper and shape into a log.
Roll in chili powder and then wrap the log in foil.
Refrigerate until firm.
Serve with your choice of breads or crackers and garnish with parsley.
