Cheese Krispies
Cheese Krispies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/2 lb. margarine (room temperature), 1 c. rice krispies, 1/4 tsp. powdered red pepper and 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend cheese and margarine.
Add flour, pepper and mustard. Mix by hand, kneading into firm ball.
Add pecans and cereal. Blend well.
Roll into small balls and flatten on a well-greased, floured baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 15 minutes or until firm and lightly brown around edges.
Makes about 7 dozen.
Will keep for several weeks.
