Cheese Krispies
Cheese Krispies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, softened, 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 325°.
Cream margarine and cheese.
Add flour, salt and pepper; mix well.
Add rice cereal and mix with hands as dough is very stiff.
Roll into walnut size balls and flatten into cookie with fork.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 7 to 8 dozen.
