Cheese Grits Casserole
Cheese Grits Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked grits, 1 pkg. (roll) kraft garlic cheese, 1 stick margarine, 2 eggs and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook grits according to instructions on box.
Break eggs into measuring cup and beat until blended.
Pour in enough milk to make 1 cup.
When grits are done, cut up cheese and butter; drop into hot grits.
Stir until melted completely.
Let cool for several minutes and then pour in egg mixture.
Stir until all ingredients are blended.
Pour into baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350Β°. Crushed corn flakes can be added to the top before baking.
