Cheese Grits
Cheese Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. grits (regular), 3 c. water, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese or 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil grits in water, milk and salt in a heavy pan.
Stir often until stiff.
Stir diced/grated cheese into hot grits.
Add butter.
Blend eggs into mixture.
Season to taste with salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and paprika.
