Cheese Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. grits, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper and paprika to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Add grits and salt to 7 1/2 cups boiling water gradually.
Cook until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients except paprika.
Pour grits mixture into oiled casserole; sprinkle with paprika.
