Cheese Grits
Cheese Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. instant grits, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and 1 (8 oz.) roll garlic cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Bring salted water to rolling boil and slowly stir in grits.
Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in butter and garlic cheese.
Put eggs in cup and add milk to make 1 cup. Beat well.
Add to grits mixture.
Bake in greased 2-quart casserole for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
