Cheese Fingers
Cheese Fingers is an easy dinner. Made with 3 loaves day old bread, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, melted margarine and 3 (8 oz.) cans parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Remove crust from bread.
Combine eggs with milk.
Put melted margarine into bowl and cheese in another.
Dip 1 slice bread in egg mixture and place in between 2 slices of dry bread.
Cut into 4 pieces.
Dip each piece in margarine, then in cheese, leaving bottom side clean.
Place uncheesed side down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
