Cheese Filled Manicotti
Cheese Filled Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 pieces (8 oz.) manicotti, 1 3/4 c. (15 oz.) ricotta cheese, 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. parsley (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Cool. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, stir together the cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper; spoon into cooled pasta tubes.
Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Arrange filled pasta in single layer over sauce.
Pour remaining sauce over pasta.
Cover with foil.
Bake 40 minutes.
Remove foil.
Bake 15 minutes longer until hot and bubbly.
