Cheese Dip
Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oleo, 1 small onion, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 can peeled tomatoes, drained and 1 lb. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt oleo in medium size saucepan.
Chop onion in food processor. Saute onion in melted oleo for a few minutes.
Add the Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomatoes that have been chopped in food processor. Let simmer until a nice dipping consistency.
Add Velveeta cheese that has been cubed.
Cook until cheese is melted, being careful not to let burn.
Serve with Tostitos corn chips.
