Cheese Delight
Cheese Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed pineapple, drain juice, 24 marshmallows, cut, 2 pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1 pt. double cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix pineapple and marshmallows and let set 2 hours or until the marshmallows are softened.
Mix together until creamy, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Whip double cream.
Mix pineapple marshmallows mixture with cheese and mayonnaise mixture.
Fold lightly until blended well, then add cherries and nutmeats. Freeze until set before using.
Freeze on quick freeze.
Don't stir.
This is delicious.
