Cheese Custard
Cheese Custard is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. grated cheddar cheese or swiss cheese, 2 whole eggs, 1 c. milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard and grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put grated cheese in baking dish, 1/3 full.
Beat the whole eggs; add salt, pepper, grated onion and milk.
Pour egg and milk mixture over cheese and top with a few pieces of butter.
Place in baking dish in pan of water and bake in slow oven for 1 hour.
May be left longer.
