Cheese Crowned Meat Loaf
Cheese Crowned Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. water, 1 (0.6 oz.) pkg. italian salad dressing mix (dry), 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 1/2 c. wheat chex cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large bowl combine egg, water, salad dressing, seasoned salt and cereal.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Stir to break up cereal. Add ground beef and celery.
Mix well.
Shape into loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Add cheese for last 5 minutes.
(Cut slices in half diagonally and arrange as triangles across top.)
Serves 6.
