Cheese Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh carrots, sliced, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, salt and pepper to taste and corn flakes crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook carrots until tender; drain.
Place in baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
Melt cheese and butter.
Stir constantly or it will scorch.
