Cheese Cake Ii is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. boiling water, 12 oz. cream cheese, softened and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In large bowl mix gelatin and sugar; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese until smooth.
Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into prepared crust.
Chill until firm, at least 2 hours.
