Cheese Cake Diamonds
Cheese Cake Diamonds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. chopped nuts and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and brown sugar together.
Add flour and nuts; mix well.
Set aside 1 cup of mixture for toping.
Press remainder of mixture on bottom of 8-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Blend sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Add egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla; beat well.
Spread over bottom crust.
Sprinkle 1 cup of saved mixture over the top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Chill.
Cut into diamonds (or squares).
