Cheese Cake Cookies
Cheese Cake Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1/3 c. melted butter, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix brown sugar, nuts and flour.
Stir in butter; mix until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup of mixture and press the rest into an 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350° for 12 or 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese with sugar.
Add egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Pour over baked crust.
Top with reserved mixture.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Chill and cut into squares to serve.
