Place paper cups in muffin tins.
Place a wafer round side down in bottom of paper cup.
Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Pour mixture over wafers almost to the top of the cup.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Cool and top with pie filling.
