Mix the cake mix, 2 eggs and 1 stick of butter/oleo (melted) together.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Next, mix the powdered sugar, 2 eggs, cheese and 1 stick of butter/oleo (melted) together.
Pour over other mixture.
Do not mix the two together. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
