Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. box zwieback, crushed, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine zwiback, 1 cup sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Press mixture in bottom and on sides of greased 9-inch spring-form pan, reserving 3/4 cup for topping.
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Add salt and lemon juice and rind.
Stir in cream, cream cheese and flour.
Press until mixture is well blended.
Pour over crust and sprinkle with reserved topping and nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Makes 12 servings.
