Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small lemon jello, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 1 large pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water.
Put in refrigerator and let until like egg white.
Cream cheese with sugar and add lemon juice.
Add jello to cream cheese mixture.
Whip chilled evaporated and then add to mixture.
Yield
2 (9-inch) pies.
