Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 c. water, 1 large can pet milk, 1 pkg. lemon jell-o and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Jell-O and boiling water.
Let set until it begins to congeal.
Mix sugar and cream cheese together until smooth.
Mix Jell-O in cream cheese mixture.
Whip Pet milk, which has been chilled, until stiff.
Fold into cream cheese and Jell-O mixture. Pour over graham cracker crust and let stand for several hours. You can put a small can of pineapple on top if you desire.
You may also sprinkle graham cracker on top.
