Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with vanilla wafers, 2 pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake paper.
Whip together all other ingredients until smooth.
Fill paper 1/2 full. Bake at 350Β° for 18 to 20 minutes.
Top with fruit and chill. Makes about 20.
