Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and rind and vanilla. Mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended and add one yolk at a time until finished with egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites by hand.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 300Β° for 45 minutes.
