Combine flour, butter or margarine and regular sugar.
Rub between hands.
Press into cookie sheet and bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes or until light brown.
Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip.

Pour pie filling on the top and refrigerate.
