Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease 9-inch pan.
Soften cheese at room temperature and beat in large bowl until fluffy.
Gradually add sugar and eggs; beat well after each one.
Fold in vanilla and sour cream.
Bake 35 minutes at 375Β°.
Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 1 hour. Chill after cake has cooled.
